Near the end of the quarter for a Critical English Theory class focusing on Heart of Darkness, I was asked to speak about Spec. Ops: The Line and using English Theory to discuss video games. This was one of my first opportunities to express myself academically for a group of students.

Moderated by myself, I worked with the panelists on questions to get at the heart of working to create compelling stories and appropriate narratives for a medium that never requires the same thing twice.
